Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days.  You must notify us 14 days prior to arrival in order to refund your one night deposit less a flat cancellation fee of $25. Please note that reservations made less than 14 days before your arrival require advance payment of the entire balance, and this amount is not refundable upon cancellation. The cancellation policy for special event dates (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and Superbowl) is 30 days. Higher deposits and penalties are applicable due to the heavy volume of business and the popularity of these events.  Please make sure that you understand these policies as they relate to your specific reservation. A Guest Agreement will be provided in writing. No shows will unfortunately be charged the entire balance due for each day reserved … please call and let us know if you cannot come for any reason.
